Virtually all the condos and townhouses in Ocean City prohibit anyone but the unit owner from having a pet on the property.   While a couple of hotels do accept pets, most are anything but pet friendly.   Our Parrot Isles Townhouses and Jocelyn Manor Condos are quite different.   As you can see from the interior unit photos, this is not one of those places that accepts pets because no one else wants to rent here.   Our townhouses were built in 2002 and were renovated before the 2006 season and all new furniture and appliances were added before the 2008 season.   The Jocelyn Manor Condos were all completely renovated prior to the 2007 season.
Aside from the furnishings, you will find the location of these units ideal for both you and your pet(s).   The townhouses are located in downtown Ocean City on Philadelphia Avenue between 4th and 5th Streets.   The condos are located on 8th Street.   Both places are just two short blocks from the Beach and Boardwalk and within walking distance of virtually all of Ocean City's key attractions: the Inlet, the amusement parks, numerous restaurants and clubs.   For your pet, the 3rd Street Park is close by and is an excellent place to stretch the legs.   In short, these are perfect spots for your entire family to stay.

Our Parrot Isles Townhouses have three bedrooms and three baths and have sleeping space for up to 14 people - designed for one large family or two smaller ones.   These rent for $2995 for most Summer weeks.

Our Jocelyn Manor Condos have two bedrooms and sleep up to 8 people.   These rent for $1999 for most weeks during the Summer.
