Looking for a Pet Friendly Condo or Pet Friendly Townhouse in Ocean City!   Virtually all the condos and townhouses here prohibit pets in rental units.   While a few hotels do accept pets, most are anything but pet friendly.   Our Parrot Isles Townhouses and Jocelyn Manor Condos are not just pet friendly; we welcome well-behaved pets.   As you can see from the interior unit photos, this is not one of those places that accepts pets because no one else wants to rent here.   Our townhouses were built in 2002 and were renovated before the 2006 season and all new furniture and appliances were added before the 2009 season.   The Jocelyn Manor Condos were all completely renovated prior to the 2010 season.
Aside from the furnishings, you will find the location of these units ideal for both you and your pet(s).   The townhouses are located in downtown Ocean City on Philadelphia Avenue between 4th and 5th Streets.   Jocelyn Manor is located on 8th Street.   Both places are just two short blocks from the Beach and Boardwalk and within walking distance of virtually all of Ocean City's key attractions: the Inlet, the amusement parks, numerous restaurants and clubs.   For your pet, the 3rd Street Park is close by and is an excellent place to stretch the legs. In short, these are perfect spots for your entire family to stay.

Our Parrot Isles Townhouses have three bedrooms and three baths and have sleeping space for up to 14 people - designed for one large family or two smaller ones.

Jocelyn Manor Unit 78 has two bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people.

Jocelyn Manor Unit 77 has one bedroom and sleeps up to 4 people.
